Vintage Details
Extreme cold events lowered yields across Niagara, leading to concentration in remaining grapes. Summer was warm, harvest had very good weather. Drink by 2027.
Extremely hot, dry conditions throughout the summer. Younger vineyards suffered drought stress, while established vineyards were fine. Harvest started early and stayed warm and dry. Drink by 2028.
A cool, wet summer doomed vintage, but extended heat and beautiful conditions in the fall turned it into a pretty solid vintage. Drink by 2027.
Extreme heat and humidity in the summer led into a warm and very humid vintage. Harvest started early, but heat and humidity increased disease pressure, leading to grapes being picked early. Drink by 2026.
A late start to the growing season with typical conditions. Rain in September pushed out the start of vintage, but a sunny fall helped ripen all varietals. Drink or hold until 2024, drink by 2029.
The absolute perfect Niagara vintage, with warmth and dryness from July to November. Arguably the best thing to come out of 2020 was the vintage. Hold until 2025, drink by 2032.
