Shipping & Pickup Info

We offer shipping to anywhere in Canada! If you’re located in the Niagara Region, our team will personally deliver your order to your door, free of charge! We also have the option for pick-up from Marynissen Estates Winery in Niagara-on-the-Like. Check out the table at the bottom of the page to see how much your shipping may cost.

Where can we taste your wines and ciders?

At this time, we unfortunately do not have a tasting room for you to visit and taste our products. Head over to our Where to Buy and Try page to see what events we’ll be attending in the coming months, and to see the collection of wonderful businesses across Ontario that sell our beverages!

If you’re looking to book a private pre-arranged tasting with us, shoot us a message in our contact form and we can try to set something up! Please include the following information: Preferred dates (only Monday through Friday), preferred times (between 11am and 5pm), number of people attending, and reason for wanting a tasting. We only ask that last question because we want to curate the tasting session to your liking based on the brands and styles from our portfolio you want to try!

How long will it take to receive my order?

Our (small) team hand packs all your orders with love, however we only work Monday through Friday, so orders placed on the weekend will not be seen and packed until the following weekdays.

Delivery times will differ depending on which service is transporting your products. We use a variety of companies based on where you live including GLS, Canada Post, and Swiftpost.

Can I track my order?

Once your order has been sent out, you will receive an email from your associated delivery company allowing you to track the package through their website.

My bottles are broken, what do I do?

We’re very sorry to hear if this has happened to you! Sadly, not all products survive the difficult journey from our warehouse to your home. Please email us at (preferably with a photo of the damage if you can) including your name and which product(s) are broken. This way we can make sure to send you new beverages free of charge and free of shipping!
