Skinny Dipping 2021 Sauvignon Blanc
Fermented cool-ish in insulated 1T bins on skins for 10 days before being pressed.
A bright and zesty nose with white peach, tangerine, grapefruit zest, and a hint of lemongrass. Soft and round on a fruity palate with grapefruit pith and minerality with a crisp finish.
This wine goes great with both soft and firm goat cheeses, Spanakopita, and sushi.
