Finite x Fogolar 2020 Niagara Red

The Castle of the Unicorn with No Horn.

Inspired by one of the great Chateaus of Bordeaux, this wine is a blend of 50% Merlot from the Stouck Vineyard, 33% Cabernet Franc from the Picone Vineyard, and 17% Cabernet Franc from the Oppenlaender Vineyard. Deep purple in colour with a touch of ruby, this blend shows white pepper, blackberry jam, fresh earth, and black cherry on the nose. Full-bodied, rich, and jampacked with powerful tannin and flavours of cocoa, coffee, leather, jam, and hints of vanilla and baking spices.

Be sure to age this wine to perfection, drink it from a Styrofoam cup, and pair it with a greasy cheeseburger with all the fixings.

Note: this wine is extremely young, and will continue to evolve over the next 12-18mo. Hold until 2027, drink by 2038.
