This single vineyard Cabernet Franc comes from the Picone Vineyard, located atop the edge of the Niagara Escarpment in the Vinemount Ridge subappellation.

Our flagship wine, this deep, inky purple Cabernet Franc has jammy aromas of blackberry and blueberry jams, pepper, smoked meat, and hints of vanilla and baking spices. Massive on the palate with intense length and rich, dense, chewy tannins with jam, cocoa, and coffee flavours.

Note: this wine is extremely young, and is expected to evolve significantly over the next 12-18mo. Hold until 2026, drink by 2034.
