MV for ‘multi-vintage’ and One because this is the first edition of a series of wines that will be made as the reserve wine stocks are accumulated spanning many vintages. Pinot Noir and Chardonnay with a substantial proportion fermented in neutral French oak, this wine spent 28 months on lees before disgorging with a 5 g/L dosage.
