Divergence Wines 2025 Gradient

Gradient is a wine of concept and terroir far more than its underlying grape variety. It was conceived out of opportunity arising from some very ripe sparkling Chardonnay grapes combined with a desire to make a textural and acid driven wine that pairs well with a variety of food.

Specific harvest dates, block selection, and the 2025 vintage form the basis for the bright fruit and structure of this wine while keeping the alcohol lower. Wild fermentation and lees aging contribute to the weight and texture of this wine, making it the perfect compliment to fresh seafood, light dishes, or on its own whenever the occasion arises.
