Sourced from the Grimsby Hillside Vineyard and bottled exclusively in magnums (only 150 bottles!) of a special wine born out of a specific opportunity. Just 224 kg of Petit Verdot arrived this harvest, so what to do? Co-ferment it with some tasty organic Cabernet Franc of course!
