Divergence Wines 2022 Sauvignon Blanc Brut

This Sauvignon Blanc traditional method sparkling wine was created to capture delicious Niagara Sauvignon Blanc in a bubbly expression.

Hand-picked grapes from the Hanck Vineyard were whole cluster pressed, and following primary fermentation the base wine was blended with a portion from the Lizak vineyard for aromatic complexity.

Tirage took place the following spring, after which the wine aged on lees for 12 months before disgorging.

The half-bottle format and crown cap finish leave no excuse not to open a sparkling wine any time; no need to wait for an occasion.
