Named as it is the most Western block in Grimsby Hillside Vineyard, a spectacular site at the far end of the Niagara Peninsula. This area where the escarpment and lake come close together provides very unique conditions for growing.

From the 2023 vintage, this is a rich and ripe expression of Chardonnay, but distinctly cool climate. Wild fermented in a mix of new and used French oak barrels and puncheon, and aged 17 months before bottling unfiltered.
