2025 Liebling Family Select Sauvignon Blanc

Crafted with the same love and care as our white label, our 2025 Family Select Sauvignon Blanc was created to celebrate family friend, who farmed this land since the ‘80s. The 2025 Sauvignon Blanc grapes were harvested on two separate days: September 15 and September 26, 2025. Roughly 80% of the fruit was harvested first, from the older block. The two different pick dates allowed us to play winemaker in the vineyard as the fruit from the first harvest provided the green crisp tropical fruit notes, while the later pick added ripeness, lower acidity and roundness. We harvested both blocks in the morning (6am) before the sun was able to heat the grapes, and kept the grapes and ferment cold. Fermentation, settling and storage before bottling were all in stainless steel to preserve the wine’s freshness. 40 cases produced.
