2024 Battersea Viveaux

A Charmat Method Sparkling Wine made with a field blend of grapes from here in Niagara. This wine includes Auxerrois, Pinot Meunier, Viognier, Grüner Veltliner, Chenin Blanc, Pinot Blanc, Savagnin.

This wine bursts with vibrant aromas of ripe stone fruit, delicate white flowers, and a hint of citrus zest. On the palate, orchard fruit flavours, balanced by a crisp, dry profile and a creamy, lingering finish.

It’s the start to any evening, the knowing laughter between old friends, or the cheers to new ones made.
