Divergence Wines 2024 Gradient

Gradient is a wine of concept and terroir far more than its underlying grape variety. It was conceived out of opportunity arising from some very ripe sparkling Chardonnay grapes combined with a desire to make a textural and acid driven wine that pairs well with a variety of food.

Thoughtful press fractions, blended fermentations, and lees aging all contribute to the weight and texture of this wine.
