During the 2024 growing season, we thinned one row more aggressively, leaving only one grape bunch per shoot, while the second row was thinned to two bunches per shoot. Though the extra work in the vineyard was risky, it ultimately produced clean, concentrated, and flavourful grapes. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThe 2024 Gamay underwent a delicate winemaking process. Equal parts of whole berries and some crushed were blended together, and select yeast strains added for fermentation.
